Welcome to Nine One First Travel Co. ("Nine One First", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing nineonefirst.com (the "Site") and using our concierge, booking, payment and visa services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms.
About Nine One First
Nine One First is a privately held travel house registered in New Delhi, India. We design and deliver curated travel — stays, flights, holidays, concierge and visa assistance — for travellers in India and abroad.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to transact with us. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment instrument, and that you are not impersonating any other person.
Where a booking is being made on behalf of another traveller (spouse, parent, colleague), the lead traveller is responsible for obtaining the consent of every person named in the booking.
Account, booking & payment
When you enquire or book with us we will create a record tied to your email and phone. You may receive an account automatically. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. We accept payments through:
- Razorpay — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Rupay, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets
- Cashfree — same network of instruments
International cards attract foreign transaction fees charged by your card issuer. All sales are subject to supplier availability; we will tell you promptly if a quoted price has changed.
Cancellations, refunds & changes
Cancellation policies vary by supplier (hotel chain, airline, tour operator). At the time of booking we send a written confirmation that includes the specific policy that applies to your booking.
In general:
- Holidays & tours: Free cancellation up to 30 days before travel. Between 30 and 15 days: 30% retention. Within 15 days: 100% retention.
- Hotels: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for most rates. Non-refundable rates are clearly marked at booking.
- Flights: Driven by the published fare class. Most economy tickets are non-refundable; flexible / business fares carry a small cancellation fee.
- Concierge and visa: Time spent before a cancellation is non-refundable.
Service fees charged by Nine One First are non-refundable.

Force majeure
If a trip is impossible or materially impaired by events outside our reasonable control (war, civil unrest, pandemic, natural disaster, sudden closure of borders), Nine One First will:
- Reschedule the trip at no extra cost where possible
- Re-route or substitute components, passing on only the actual cost difference
- Where neither is possible, refund amounts actually paid to us, less any supplier non-recoverable amounts
We do not guarantee any specific outcome.
Travel documents & health
It is your responsibility to ensure valid passports (with required blank pages), visas, vaccinations, permits and travel insurance for every traveller. We help with visa paperwork but the responsibility to travel with correct documents rests with you.
Conduct on trip
You agree to follow the lawful instructions of your tour leader, driver, hotel management and local authorities. We may end your participation in a trip without refund if your conduct materially endangers other travellers, our staff or our partners.
Our liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Nine One First is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim tied to a single booking shall not exceed the booking's total price paid to us.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site (logos, photography, copy, design) is owned by or licensed to Nine One First. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. Where possible, we'll resolve disputes informally first.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and a banner on the Site. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
